1. Who We Are
Cayman Pride is a non-profit organization operating in the Cayman Islands, dedicated to community-led celebration of love, inclusion, and belonging. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Cayman Pride website (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site to learn about Cayman Pride, our events, our sponsors and partners, and to contact us. You agree to:

- Not scrape, copy, or republish Site content without our permission
- Not submit false, misleading, or abusive information through our contact form
We may restrict or block access to the Site for anyone who breaches these Terms.

All content on the Site, including the Cayman Pride name, logo, graphics, photos, and video, is owned by or licensed to Cayman Pride and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Partner and sponsor logos remain the property of their respective owners and appear with permission.
You may not use our name, branding, or content for commercial purposes without written consent from Cayman Pride.
4. Sponsorship, Volunteering, and Contact Submissions
Submitting an inquiry through the "Get in Touch" or contact form does not guarantee sponsorship, volunteer placement, or any partnership with Cayman Pride. We review inquiries and respond at our discretion. Any sponsorship or partnership terms will be set out in a separate written agreement.
5. Merchandise
Merchandise sales are handled by a third-party provider, not directly through this Site. When you purchase merch, you'll be directed to that provider's platform, and your purchase (including payment and order fulfillment) is governed by their own terms and privacy policy, not this document. Cayman Pride is not responsible for the third-party provider's checkout process, payment handling, shipping, or returns.

6. Third-Party Links and Content
The Site may link to third-party websites (sponsors, partners, social media, news coverage). We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites. Visiting them is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cayman Pride is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. This doesn't limit liability that can't legally be excluded (for example, liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence).
